Chapter 36: Wrap-up

1. Yogurt tasting: Friday

   • Smell your yogurt - does it smell like plain store-bought yogurt? If yogurt spoils, it will smell putrid due to protein breakdown by bacteria
   • If you would like, taste your yogurt. You can use the tongue depressors as spoons. Does it taste like plain yogurt? Why is this not surprising?
